Evelyn Samuel was born in South Africa, educated at the University of Durban-Westville gaining a BA degree in English, Speech & Drama, then a Higher Education Diploma at the University of South Africa. Relocating to the UK, she acquired Qualified Teacher Status in 2006, and a Diploma in Travel Journalism in 2020. An expert in teaching English Language and Literature, Evelyn has steered many students to top grades.
